Dr. Serag founded the Southeast Institute for Dental Education to advance implant dentistry through hands-on specialist training. A board-certified prosthodontist with over 20 years of clinical experience, he completed a Master of Dental Science in Prosthodontics and a Periodontal and Implantology Fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. As Clinical Director of Local Start Dental, he brings that same level of expertise and commitment to every patient treated at SIDE.
